Really impressed with this practice. They answered the phone quickly and were able to set an appointment for the next day for a new patient. No one waited in the waiting room for very long. There is even a sign that says if you wait for longer than 15 minutes to let them know. The doctor I saw was knowledgeable and thorough and patient with my special needs daughter. I love that they have locations that are close in proximity for those of us on the far east valley. The receptionist knew the patient’s well and seemed to really care for each person who came in. Looking forward to a good experience for time to come and sending my other adult children there. Like the religious aspect if “by his stripes we are healed.”
Very friendly and courteous family primary care practice. I felt very comfortable here. The wait time in the waiting room was a bit longer than expected, no big deal they still provide exceptional service.
As my first visit as a new patient, I will say it was very pleasant. All staff were friendly & professional. I am so thankful they were excepting new patients and was able to get into the office as quickly as I did.
First provider I’ve found that in a while is empathetic, has amazing bedside manner, thorough, very intelligent, and just overall, that I was happy to work with. I am so happy to see her again next time and keep her as my doctor on an ongoing basis! Highly recommend.
Staff was very friendly and professional. The physician assistant i saw was very thorough in her evaluation. She made me feel comfortable and was attentive to my needs and concerns. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a primary care provider.
I went there today, Everyone was polite. The office was nice, clean and my nurse practitioner was very nice and Seemed Quite smart.

My husband and I had an unpleasant experience at this clinic as new patients. Although my husband went in for his annual physical check-up, the bill did not include the code for the annual physical check-up. When we raised the issue with the billing department, both the representatives and the manager redirected the responsibility to the operations manager and denied any involvement. We lodged our complaint over three weeks ago and were advised to wait for feedback each time. However, we have not heard back any solutions from them, and they have not acknowledged our complaint. We are significantly disappointed with their behavior and consider this clinic to be the worst we have ever been to. We do not recommend it to anyone.
Excellent care was given to me. I got immediate referrals and was able to quickly make appointments. No problems or issues to report. The entire staff was very professional and helpful.
